How do people choose...

I'm sitting on the train wondering how people choose the seat they sit in. It would seem to a combination of instincts and past experiences rolled into one. So I, curious and bored looked up this on Google, how do people choose. I did find some great articles from college professors which are worth a read and I will post the link later. So church is the first choice, which is a sign of our times. I'm pretty sure my parents generation didnt enjoy the same freedom in choosing. 

Rounding third...

Friday is an interesting day. The thoughts of weekend plans enters brain pushing out the thoughts of deadlines, work and bills. We are 2 people different people. We are at work as one version of ourselves and the weekend another. I am the excel champion Monday's through a good part of Friday but dont ask me about it on the weekend for I am barbecue grill master of disaster.

This is probably the best time to start planning all those ideas I've put on the back burner. All in good time though...

Headed home...

Heading home each day is like Christmas every afternoon. I know I'll be back here tomorrow and so I should really look at the big picture. But you must take these moments and enjoy them when you can. I'm sure this the time to start on all my ideas and work through the night but a long day deserves rest. Besides what's the point of doing something now if you can procrastinate until tomorrow.

Inspiration strikes...

One stop left...

There is one stop left on this train ride before I get off so this post will be quick. Consider this my mission statement for this blog. I'm like most of you, somewhat satisfied with a mediocre job and just enough pay not sweat too much when the bills arrive. I plan to use this blog to chronicle my metamorphosis into greatness into what my definition of rich is. My definition of rich changes everyday but there are few key items that remain the same. I want to work on something I'm passionate about, I want time to spend with my family and hey it wouldn't hurt to be a millionaire too. So, consider this day one and from here on out I will share with you my new ventures, successes and failures. After all most of us are, like so many blues singers have sung before, waiting for our train to roll in.
